All towards the end of this baseball season, I kept composing a little entry in my head entitled “Silver Linings of the 2006 Baseball Season.” But, you know, the season ended with a whimper and I never got around to writing it, and now it seems ridiculous. So I’ll give you a moment to mourn The Entry That Could Have Been.
